Meet the team

Director – Janet

I provide corporate leadership across the TU portfolios of Strategy, Business Development, Quality and Performance and People but also work directly with our customers to help prioritise and problem solve and ensure outcomes are achieved.

Delivery Director – Jess

I lead complex engagements – working with clients to understand and respond to their transformational needs. My role involves scoping TU inputs, monitoring performance, quality assuring key deliverables, and responding to unexpected developments.

Managing Consultant – Doug

I work as a lead on projects and programmes of work with clients, managing teams to successfully deliver what is required.

Transformation Consultant – Safeera

I work with clients to ensure that change is delivered within a strategic context and drive forward innovation in how services can be delivered differently, to be more effective, efficient and achieve better outcomes for patients and service users.

Transformation Consultant – Alex

I work closely with clinical and operational teams to provide transformation, quality improvement and project management skills to facilitate the codesign of better services and pathways.

Senior Analyst – Sharon

I work in the Finance and Analytics team at the TU to support the development of business cases and provide business intelligence insights for clients.

Graduate Associate Consultant – Connor

My role currently includes supporting the implementation of additional services and internally monitoring performance processes. Alongside this, I also partake in regular training courses such as PRINCE2 and Better Business Cases

Associate Consultant – Kathryn

I support system leaders and clinical teams to co-design governance processes, implement change initiatives and deliver improvement through stakeholder engagement. I use a range of project management tools and techniques and stakeholder engagement methodologies.
